How long does delivery take?
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are: • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days • Europe: 7–15 business days • International: 7–20 business days Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.
How do I charge it?
Arctic Rush charges over USB — plug it into any USB port, power bank, or car charger. No batteries needed.
Can I return it if it's not for me?
At this time, we do not offer returns for change of mind or if the product simply isn't what you expected. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and our support team will work with you to find a solution.
Does it actually cool the room, or just me?
It's a personal misting fan — it cools the air right around you with a refreshing mist, rather than lowering the temperature of a whole room like an air conditioner.
